Threaded inserts
To reduce costs and increase flexibility Zali is equipped with automatic bar lathes for the production of all the inserts used internally.
The materials used are stainless steel, avp, brass.
The threaded inserts listed in the table are dimensioned for use with class 8.8 screws and with a friction coefficient of 0.15.
It is essential to pay attention to the actual friction coefficient and any additional applied forces, as they could compromise the tightness of the inserts.
The specified tensile strength values are guaranteed only for applications at ambient temperature between 0 °C and 50 °C.
For use outside this temperature range, the strength may vary.
